Role Overview
As a Flight Attendant based in Perth with Network Aviation, you will deliver exceptional service and ensure passenger safety aboard our fleet consisting of F100, A319, and A320 aircraft. You will operate routes to destinations like Karratha, Darwin, Newcastle, Hobart, and others, including charter flights for FIFO workers and corporate travelers. This full-time permanent role provides immediate access to staff travel benefits for yourself, family, and friends.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service with genuine enthusiasm.
- Proactively understand and meet passenger needs while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Offer compassionate support to anxious flyers and respect diverse cultural and language backgrounds.
- Complete required training and pass assessments to maintain role proficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster positive team dynamics and performance.
- Maintain personal grooming standards and ensure cleanliness throughout the cabin.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Recent experience in customer-facing roles.
- Physical capability to reach at least 212 cm barefoot (both hands simultaneously) with a maximum height of 183 cm.
- Possession or willingness to obtain valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Possession or willingness to obtain Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
- Good health and fitness, including the ability to swim and tread water without assistance.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
- Availability to work under a shift roster system.
- Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an Assessment Centre.
