About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer specialized in Generative AI to join our team in Kolkata. This role demands 4 to 8 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in generative AI development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying generative AI models leveraging techniques such as GPT, VAE, GANs, and LLMs. Additionally, expertise in frameworks like Langchain and RAG framework to add context into AI applications is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement generative AI models and algorithms using state-of-the-art methods.
- Utilize the RAG framework and prompt engineering techniques to optimize model performance and contextual understanding.
- Leverage Python web frameworks such as Flask or FAST for application development involving LLM APIs.
- Stay current with advances in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning to enhance existing solutions and identify innovative opportunities.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members and lead distributed teams effectively.
- Implement intelligent automation tools and dashboards to minimize manual efforts.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in generative AI development.
- Proficiency with Python programming and frameworks (Flask or FAST).
- Comprehensive knowledge of generative AI techniques (GPT, VAE, GANs, LLMs).
- Experience using Langchain or similar Gen AI/LLM frameworks.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering methods and API integrations with LLMs.
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
