Role Overview

The Project Manager (Medical) is responsible for supervising the planning, coordination, and delivery of healthcare marketing and creative projects from start to finish. This role acts as the key liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring all project goals are met on schedule, within scope, and adhere to healthcare communication standards and branding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and managing healthcare marketing and creative projects from initial briefing to final delivery.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams comprising content strategists, medical writers, designers, multimedia experts, and account managers.
• Creating project timelines, allocating resources, and overseeing progress to guarantee timely achievement of milestones.
• Serving as the main client contact to ensure clear communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitating project kick-offs, status briefings, and review meetings to align all participants.
• Identifying risks, proactively addressing issues, and implementing corrective actions to uphold schedule and quality.
• Ensuring all outputs meet healthcare communication regulations, client requirements, and brand standards.
• Tracking project budgets, timelines, and resource usage for operational efficiency.
• Maintaining thorough documentation, approvals, and version control during production.
• Promoting continuous improvements to processes to optimize teamwork and overall project delivery.
