Project Manager (Facilities) - 1 Year Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end renovation projects of showrooms for various luxury automotive brands. This position involves managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery to meet brand standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete renovation process for multiple luxury automotive brand showrooms.
• Formulate detailed project plans, set timelines, and establish budgets aligned with business and brand requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to facilitate project progress.
• Coordinate with external professionals such as designers and architects, as well as contractors and suppliers, to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee project delivery ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Diploma or Degree with a minimum of five years experience in project management.
• Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and strong communication abilities.
• Capable of handling multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of construction and renovation procedures, including quality assurance standards.
• Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and negotiation techniques.
• Detail-focused with a commitment to achieving superior quality in project outcomes.
