Project Director

About the Role

JASARA Program Management Company seeks an experienced Project Director to spearhead significant construction projects. This leadership role demands overseeing all project stages, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence while maintaining high-quality standards. The Project Director will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of projects from start to finish, maintaining quality and budget compliance
• Efficiently allocate and manage resources including staff, materials, and finances
• Cultivate and sustain effective communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies throughout projects
• Formulate detailed project plans highlighting objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource distribution
• Identify risks early and apply appropriate mitigation strategies
• Conduct project meetings and deliver progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure all project activities comply with safety, environmental, and health regulations

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 20 years of project management experience in the construction sector.
• Demonstrated success in directing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of developing effective teams.
• Excellent organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple simultaneous projects.
• Superior negotiation and communication aptitudes.
• Competence in utilizing project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of local construction laws, industry regulations, and best practices is advantageous.
