This is a remote, full-time opportunity with Scalex, a sister company of Getmycourse, supporting an Australian civil construction business. The role is based in the Philippines and follows Australian day-shift hours.
The organisation is expanding quickly and is hiring several Project Coordinators to help manage its growing portfolio of civil and infrastructure work. Both recent graduates and professionals with prior coordination experience are encouraged to apply.

What the Role Involves
As a Project Coordinator, you will help keep field operations organised by planning, tracking, and communicating day-to-day project activity. You will work closely with field teams, supervisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure work progresses efficiently while meeting quality, safety, and compliance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, assign, and keep track of daily field work and project tasks
- Coordinate with field supervisors on pre-field activities, resolve queries, and verify project details
- Keep internal and client systems updated with accurate records, including scheduling changes and job claims
- Check project documents and supporting materials to confirm they meet client standards
- Work with both internal staff and external contacts to support smooth project delivery
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within schedule
- Maintain a consistently high standard of accuracy, dependability, punctuality, and professionalism
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is organised, a strong communicator, and eager to learn. Experience in the industry is helpful, but not mandatory.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Background in administration, project coordination, or project management is strongly preferred
- Clear written and spoken communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good planning, organisation, and time management abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proactive, cooperative, and focused on finding solutions
- Exposure to NBN, telecommunications, utilities, or civil infrastructure work is an advantage, though not essential
