About the Employer and Role

Our client, a reputable pasta manufacturer in Australia renowned for producing top-quality products enjoyed nationwide, is seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers. This role involves employment at their Windsor Gardens facility within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate effectively on production lines working collaboratively as part of a team.
• Handle tasks such as sorting, sachet packing, product forming, and working on the collimatic process line.
• Perform hand packing of completed products and organize stock through palletising.
• Maintain basic records and conduct quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Load and unload pasta, ingredients, fillings, and packaging supplies.
• Ensure the workspace remains safe, clean, and efficient at all times.

Working Hours and Conditions

The position requires flexibility to work a rotating shift roster from Monday to Friday, covering day, afternoon, and night shifts.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous.
• Willingness and ability to work changing shifts including days, afternoons, and nights.
• Strong focus on detail and quality adherence.
• Capability to perform repetitive manual handling duties.
• Possession of reliable transportation and strong personal work ethic.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay at $34.48 per hour plus penalty rates for applicable shifts.
