About the Role

A renowned manufacturing company located in Pillaipakkam near Sriperumbudur, Chennai, is hiring Production Trainees under the NATS/NAPS scheme. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and diploma holders in relevant engineering fields who wish to start their career in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and closely monitor production machinery ensuring safe and efficient functioning.
• Assist in manufacturing and assembly line processes to maintain smooth workflow.
• Strictly adhere to safety regulations and standard operating procedures during operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants should be between 18 to 25 years of age.
• Must have graduated or passed diploma within the last three years.
• No pending arrears for candidates applying as NATS trainees.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or Automobile Engineering.
• Diploma holders in Mechanical, EEE, ECE, or Automobile disciplines.

Compensation and Benefits

• The monthly stipend ranges between ₹17,000 to ₹17,500.
• Complimentary meals provided during shifts.
