Production Supervisor – Aluminium Doors & Windows Manufacturing

About the Role

The Production Supervisor will manage the day-to-day manufacturing operations related to aluminium doors, windows, and associated fabrication tasks. This position is responsible for meeting production goals while upholding quality standards, ensuring a safe working environment, and optimizing manpower and material utilization.

Key Responsibilities

The supervisor is expected to plan and coordinate production activities, monitor progress, and maintain efficient workflow while ensuring adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

Required Skills and Competencies

Candidates should possess thorough knowledge of aluminium fabrication techniques and must be able to read and analyze fabrication or shop drawings accurately. Experience with production scheduling, quality inspection norms, and ERP or MRP software is beneficial. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication are essential. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S methodology is also important. Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and generating production reports are required.
