Role Overview

We seek driven and talented Product Specialists to enhance our expanding commercial team. The successful candidates will manage specific territories by promoting an assigned product range, supporting healthcare professionals (HCPs), and meeting sales and activity objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement assigned call plans and territory coverage through consistent visits.
• Forge and sustain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and critical stakeholders.
• Plan and prioritize customer interactions based on potential opportunities and demand.
• Generate and advance sales leads by organizing meetings, product demonstrations, evaluations, and corresponding follow-up activities.
• Deliver professional product presentations underscoring features, clinical applications, and benefits.
• Keep CRM records accurate and current, including documented follow-up actions.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, ethical standards, HCP requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• Must be a Saudi national (male or female).
• Pictured: Bachelor's degree in Medical, Scientific fields, Biomedical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 2 to 4 years of pertinent experience in medical device sales.
• Preferred prior experience in Urology and Endoscopy product lines.
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology, scientific fundamentals, and sales cycles in medical devices.
• Exceptional selling, negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Competent in conveying detailed scientific and technical product information effectively to HCPs.
• Proficient in analytics, reporting, planning, and diligent follow-up.
• Highly target-focused, self-driven, and commercially minded.
• Prepared to travel frequently within the assigned regions.
• Required fluency in Arabic and English languages.
