Role Overview

Valinor Streamline is looking for a resourceful Product Operations team member to collaborate closely with the General Manager and drive the business's next growth stage. This position acts as a bridge between customers, product, engineering, and growth teams, transforming customer insights into actionable initiatives, coordinating product delivery, and developing scalable processes and tools. It is a hands-on role best suited for a curious problem solver who thrives on ownership beyond traditional role boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate product priorities and align delivery efforts with the General Manager, engineering, growth teams, and customers.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify patterns and convert them into clear product requirements, tickets, and projects.
• Manage customer support issues and escalation procedures, resolving straightforward concerns personally and directing complex queries to the appropriate teams.
• Design and implement workflows, documentation, standard operating procedures, and communication strategies to streamline operations as the team expands.
• Create product demonstrations, prototypes, automations, and lightweight internal tools utilizing low-code and AI-assisted platforms.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years' experience in product operations, product management, business operations, implementation, or related customer-interfacing roles within technology sectors; experience with U.S. Government or complex enterprise clients is advantageous.
• A proactive, take-charge attitude with strong judgment to prioritize tasks and ensure completion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills enabling a clear understanding of customer demands, stakeholder management, and the ability to convert ambiguity into precise actions.
• Genuine curiosity about products, demonstrated by confidence in forming opinions, asking insightful questions, and contributing meaningfully to product discussions.
• Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and develop workflows, prototypes, and tools via low-code and AI technologies.
