Product Manager - AI Applications, Global Public Sector

About the Role

Join a rapidly expanding team focused on delivering AI-powered solutions to government and government-affiliated entities outside the U.S. This role involves creating tailored AI applications by leveraging proprietary data and deep collaborations to transform public sector workflows using the Scale GenAI Platform, a comprehensive infrastructure for building and deploying advanced AI systems.

Primary Duties

• Develop customized AI applications and bespoke large language models (LLMs).
• Deliver high-quality labeled data sets to support AI research and governmental LLM initiatives.
• Establish partnerships promoting regional AI talent and facilitating adoption of AI technologies.
• Lead strategic design workshops to uncover and define AI use cases within public sector organizations.
• Manage cross-disciplinary teams comprising engineers, machine learning engineers, and operations personnel to develop impactful AI solutions.
• Engage regularly with end-users to integrate feedback and optimize product priorities.
• Stay informed on current applied AI research and best practices in training custom LLMs.
• Set evaluation benchmarks and continuously review model performance to refine solutions.
• Provide consistent progress reports to clients and senior leadership within the International Public Sector division.

Candidate Profile

• Strong enthusiasm for building AI applications with measurable outcomes.
• Driven by mission-oriented goals and eager to rapidly acquire knowledge and skills.
• Preferred: Experience coding in Python.
• Preferred: Fluency in written and spoken Arabic.
• At least four years of product-building experience, with recent 1-2 years focused on AI-powered products.
• Technical foundation via STEM degree or proven experience in developing technical software products.
• Deep understanding of generative AI technologies applicable to enterprise and consumer contexts.
• Familiarity with collaborative coding platforms (e.g., Replit, Lovable, Bolt) and design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Miro).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation capabilities enabling influence across diverse teams.
