About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead the strategy, development, and success of digital products within our organization. This opportunity involves aligning business goals, customer requirements, and technical delivery by crafting the product vision, prioritizing initiatives, and leading multidisciplinary teams throughout the product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strategic foresight with a customer-focused approach, strong analytical capabilities, and a solid background in developing SaaS or enterprise software products in Agile settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
- Collect, assess, and prioritize customer, market, and stakeholder requirements.
- Perform market research, analyze competitors, and conduct user interviews to discover new product opportunities.
- Manage product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and plan releases effectively.
- Draft precise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams during all product phases.
- Lead activities such as product discovery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Track product performance via KPIs, customer input, and analytics for continuous enhancements.
- Define success metrics and evaluate business impact post-release.
- Support go-to-market tactics, product launches, user enablement, and sales training.
- Work alongside Customer Success and Support to gather user feedback and prioritize product upgrades.
- Ensure timely product delivery within scope and meeting customer expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis within software or SaaS firms.
- Demonstrable experience managing entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean Product Development, and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Experienced with SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or digital solutions.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI, or Looker Studio is a plus.
- Proficiency with product management software like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong strategic thinking and solid business acumen.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple initiatives in a customer-centric, Agile environment.
- Fluent professional English communication skills.
