Job Overview
This position is open to candidates with hands-on experience specifically in product hunting within the Amazon FBA Wholesale business model. The role is based in Lahore and offers remote working flexibility. The Product Hunter will focus on discovering lucrative wholesale products for Amazon FBA, employing comprehensive data analysis and supplier engagement strategies to optimize profitability and inventory flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify profitable wholesale products suitable for Amazon FBA using data-driven insights that include sales rank, price history, return on investment, competition levels, and product restrictions.
- Procure products directly from authorized brands, distributors, and wholesalers effectively building a trusted supplier network.
- Assess, negotiate, and finalize terms with suppliers including pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), payment options, and invoicing.
- Utilize tools such as Keepa, Helium 10, SellerAmp or comparable software to evaluate product potential and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies by checking for gating, intellectual property complaints, hazardous materials, and other restrictions before sourcing.
- Maintain continuous communication and relationships with dependable wholesale suppliers to secure supply chain reliability.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder timelines to avoid stock shortages or surplus.
- Oversee listing conditions including pricing strategies and Buy Box competition on selected ASINs to enhance visibility and sales.
- Keep precise documentation of research findings, supplier engagements, and profitability analysis for reference and strategy adjustment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in product hunting and sourcing specifically within the Amazon FBA Wholesale segment is mandatory.
- Proficient with product analytic platforms such as Keepa, Helium 10, SellerAmp or similar tools.
- Skilled negotiation experience with wholesale entities, brand owners, and distributors.
- Comprehensive understanding of Amazon’s category gating, ungating, and restrictions.
- Strong financial literacy regarding ROI, profit margins, and sales velocity measurements.
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication capabilities both written and verbal.
- Capable of operating independently with proactive supplier relationship management.
- Prior experience working in Amazon e-commerce or wholesale environments is essential.
