Role Overview

The Product Designer will be instrumental in shaping Omnea's product evolution by designing solutions that simplify complex and critical enterprise workflows. This role offers substantial ownership, close customer interaction, and the chance to elevate design standards in the emerging AI Supplier Relationship Management sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage frequently with customers such as procurement leaders, finance teams, and security stakeholders from leading organizations to gain deep insights into their buying decision processes.
• Lead the design process from defining problems to delivering high-quality finished products, often conceptualizing solutions from scratch rather than iterating on existing legacy designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams in a fast-paced, low-handover environment where design decisions have a strong influence.
• Create intuitive, clear, and user-friendly designs for complex workflows involving multiple roles, approvals, and organizational risks.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of design patterns and systems, helping to define a dynamic design language.
