Role overview
We are hiring a Product Designer to join a design-focused team and help craft engaging digital products. The role blends creative thinking, user empathy, and technical understanding to build experiences that improve engagement and support business goals. You will partner closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
Responsibilities
- Own the design workflow from early research and idea generation through to release-ready execution.
- Gather insights through user interviews, research sessions, and usability testing to guide design choices.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI mockups.
- Work hand in hand with engineering and product teams to deliver smooth implementation.
- Help build, maintain, and refine design systems and brand standards.
- Keep up with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Improve designs using user feedback and data-backed iteration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar position.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility considerations.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- A portfolio that demonstrates user-centered product work.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
