To support ongoing growth, Leedon Park is looking for an Investment Analyst in India to play a vital role in their transaction execution team. This opportunity involves direct engagement with live acquisitions, management teams, lenders, advisors, and institutional investors, providing experience typically gained at top investment banks and private equity firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of Confidential Information Memorandums and teaser documents.
- Create investment summaries and initial recommendations.
- Assist with due diligence across financial, operational, commercial, and legal domains.
- Maintain diligence trackers and coordinate information requests.
- Contribute to Quality of Earnings reviews and perform detailed financial analyses.
- Prepare materials for management meetings and transaction presentations.
- Update and sustain financial models.
- Carry out valuation analyses incorporating comparable companies, precedent transactions, and discounted cash flow methods.
- Examine historical operating results and important performance metrics.
- Support underwriting and compile materials for investment committee meetings.
- Research industry sectors, competitors, market trends, and potential acquisition targets.
- Develop market mapping and create target acquisition lists.
- Track public company performance and market transaction activity.
- Provide assistance for thematic investment research efforts.
- Compile board materials and generate portfolio reports.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) tools and track deal pipelines.
- Assist with strategic projects and initiatives within the firm.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Big Four Transaction Advisory Services, Valuation, Corporate Development, or Financial Consulting.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Capability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in U.S. transactions, exposure to lower middle market M&A, advanced financial modeling, Quality of Earnings report review, and CFA Level I or ongoing CFA progress.

Work Schedule Details
