Ericsson is looking for a seasoned Price Manager based in Pakistan to collaborate effectively with sales, domain, and commercial teams. The role emphasizes driving profitable growth, optimizing commercial value, and harmonizing local and global strategic priorities.

Role Overview

As a key member of the Customer Unit, you will craft pricing strategies, develop collaborative business proposals, and initiate key operational activities that strengthen Ericsson’s market standing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute pricing strategies for hardware, software, and services portfolios.
• Perform benchmarking and trend analyses to maintain competitive market positioning.
• Develop and manage business cases, engaging cross-functional teams from sales, domain, and commercial areas.
• Lead the pricing approval workflow ensuring compliance with global policies.
• Advise on contract terms, cash flow management, profitability assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Manage customer pricing documents, discount frameworks, and incentive programs.
• Contribute to initiatives enhancing pricing excellence through analytics, automation, and digital tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• A university degree in Engineering, Finance, or a comparable discipline.
• At least six years of relevant experience in Telecom, IT, Networks, or Digital Services sectors.
• Insightful knowledge of the telecom ecosystem and key players within Pakistan.
• Strong financial analysis skills including proficiency in building business cases.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with expert use of Excel and data-informed decision-making.
• Proven negotiation skills with customers and effective stakeholder relationship management.
• Fluent English language skills.
