Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wage of €18.50 under collective agreement, including 50% Christmas bonus and regional labor market allowance
Additional 50% Christmas bonus payable in November
Vacation pay up to €332
Immediate permanent full-time employment with a 38.5 hour workweek

Primary Duties

Deliver letters and parcels using provided tools and equipment
Work five days per week between Monday and Saturday
Handle shipments averaging under 10 kg, with a maximum of 31.5 kg
Use company vehicles for deliveries, including fully electric cars

Candidate Requirements

Possession of a valid car driving license
Ability to communicate effectively in German
Resilience to various weather conditions and readiness to take initiative
Reliable and committed attitude towards work
