Role Overview

The Post Office Manager will oversee and facilitate complete retail postal services delivery, including couriers, postal boxes, money transfers, and parcel handling for Shoppers Drug Mart clientele. The role focuses on enhancing revenue generation and elevating customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by setting an example and ensuring Post Office personnel embody company CORE Values.
• Conduct interviews and advise on final hiring decisions.
• Ensure Post Office cashiers adhere strictly to all store policies and standards.
• Provide thorough job training and continual coaching for team members.
• Contribute to performance evaluation of cashier staff in partnership with Field Store Manager.
• Guarantee exceptional customer service surpassing expectations.
• Promote proper employee presentation aligning with the uniform guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with all loss prevention protocols and parcel inspection procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated ability in retail operations with cash handling experience.
