Job Description

TRG Management is seeking a motivated, goal-driven Porter to join the Andrews Place team in Durgapur, West Bengal. This role provides a valuable opportunity for individuals aiming to advance their careers in property management. The Porter will ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of various property areas, supporting the overall functionality and aesthetics of the facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trims.
• Replace light bulbs promptly when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other designated work areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office spaces.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies regularly.
• Wash walls, ceilings, windows, sills, door panels, and woodwork.
• Collect and transport trash to disposal areas; empty trash and garbage containers.
• Perform lawn care such as grass cutting and trimming when necessary.
• Move small equipment and tools within the property as required.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least one year of hands-on experience in cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to lift and operate heavy equipment safely.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and auto insurance.
