The Project Management Officer (PMO) in Procurement plays a critical role by providing a variety of support services to Engagement Managers. These services facilitate governance and efficient tracking of projects, reporting progress, managing risks and issues, controlling changes, ensuring quality of deliverables, tracking contractual and commercial obligations, managing finances, and maintaining electronic documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and prepare comprehensive monthly and weekly data packs.
• Manage monthly data consolidation for invoicing processes.
• Review and approve weekly time reporting submissions.
• Update e-monitoring systems based on shared observations and feedback.
• Provide monthly updates to SLA and KPI portals in line with feedback received.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures, including tracking and managing access rights.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in preparing detailed weekly and monthly data reports.
• Proficient in managing invoicing data and ensuring accuracy.
• Ability to review, approve, and validate time tracking effectively.
• Skilled in updating monitoring tools and performance portals with feedback.
• Experience in handling employee lifecycle processes related to system access and permissions.
