About the Role and Our Client

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading technology company in the MENA region that is rapidly expanding and spearheading complex digital transformation projects. They manage major, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives that demand top-tier operational governance and flawless execution.

Position Summary

This critical role within a centralized corporate PMO involves overseeing a portfolio of strategic initiatives. The PMO Manager will be the driving force behind implementing governance frameworks, monitoring intricate cross-functional timelines, and converting detailed technical and commercial project data into clear executive-level insights for senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Define, standardize, and enforce robust program management frameworks and tracking metrics across a wide range of strategic enterprise and technology projects.
Continuously observe project dependencies, key milestones, and resource use, proactively addressing and mitigating risks to successful delivery.
Prepare concise, high-level dashboards and briefs that synthesize complex project updates and commercial data for the executive leadership team.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with global technical partners, vendor leaders, and internal business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Professional experience of 4 to 8 years, preferably divided between a leading management consulting firm or Big 4 Advisory and an enterprise-level PMO within a fast-growing corporate, technology or digital transformation environment.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a quantitatively focused business discipline from a top-tier worldwide university. Certifications such as PMP or Agile are advantageous.
Expertise in advanced project management tools, portfolio tracking solutions, and executive-level data visualization platforms including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI or Tableau.
Exceptional ability to think structurally, strong emotional intelligence for navigating complex matrix organizations, and meticulous attention to operational detail.
