Role Summary
This contract role offers PMO support to a prominent Financial Services team based in Dublin. The team focuses on financial and change governance, managing program and project oversight, workforce administration, and delivering portfolio-level reports for senior and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile weekly status updates, dashboards, governance documentation, and presentations for senior management.
- Facilitate governance activities related to financial oversight, change management, project delivery, and workforce coordination.
- Enhance and maintain reporting tools using Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive, Copilot, and SharePoint.
Required Experience and Skills
- Prior experience in a Project Management Office role, such as PMO Analyst or Project Coordinator, supporting extensive programmes or portfolios.
- Proven background in financial monitoring, program and project reporting, governance adherence, workforce management, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Experience functioning within a regulated, global environment, preferably in banking or financial services sectors.
- Exposure to technology teams, IT delivery portfolios, or enterprise-wide transformation projects.
Additional Information
- Contract duration: 6 months with possibility for extension.
- Day rate: 450 euros per day.
- Work location: Dublin, 3 days per week onsite.
