About the Role
Join Primark's technology team as a PMO Analyst supporting a major EPOS transformation programme within a global fast fashion retail organisation. This role involves managing robust programme controls, implementing governance frameworks, overseeing resource management, and ensuring adherence to delivery standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the PMO function for the EPOS transformation initiative.
- Ensure compliance with programme governance standards, processes, and reporting schedules based on Primark's policies and Delivery Governance Framework.
- Manage the programme's RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) framework, guaranteeing comprehensive tracking and timely escalation of issues.
- Coordinate integrated planning efforts, milestone monitoring, resource forecasting, and dependency management.
- Provide programme reporting to steering committees, executive stakeholders, and senior leadership teams.
- Support quality assurance activities across delivery stages, including stage gate reviews and audit preparations.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of demonstrated experience in supporting PMO functions in complex, large-scale programmes, preferably within retail or EPOS settings.
- Strong expertise in governance, detailed planning, RAID management, and stakeholder reporting.
- Experience working in multi-vendor and multi-geography delivery contexts.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project portfolio management tools such as Planisware or Clarity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills across all organisational levels.
Desirable Qualifications
- Certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, or P3O.
- Background in technology or retail transformation initiatives.
