Position Overview

The Plant Supervisor role based in Khopoli, Mumbai requires an experienced professional to manage daily operations of ETP, RO, MEE, and MVR plants. This position involves overseeing plant processes, supervising manpower, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating maintenance activities.

Key Duties

• Oversee the operation and maintenance routines of ETP, RO, MEE, and MVR plants on a daily basis.
• Track and regulate plant parameters to align operations with approved standard operating procedures.
• Effectively allocate and manage manpower across shifts for plant activities.
• Maintain plant operational continuity with minimal downtime.
• Monitor functioning of pumps, blowers, motors, dosing systems, and other critical equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to implement preventive and corrective maintenance measures.
• Detect operational problems promptly and implement suitable corrective solutions.
• Keep accurate daily logs, operational documentation, and shift reporting.
• Enforce proper chemical management, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols within the plant environment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational guidelines on site.
• Liaise with clients and internal departments to fulfill daily operational needs.
• Provide guidance to operators and technicians to promote safe, efficient plant functioning.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Practical knowledge and experience of operating ETP, RO, MEE, and MVR plants.
• Solid understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes.
• Proven capability in manpower supervision and team coordination.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills related to plant operations.
• Familiarity with plant equipment and fundamental maintenance procedures.
• Effective communication skills and ability to maintain clear operational reports.
• Dedicated to maintaining safety, discipline, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Diploma, B.Sc., B.E., or B.Tech degree in any discipline.
• Possesses 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, particularly in water and wastewater treatment or related plants like ETP, RO, MEE, and MVR.
• Willing to work at the Khopoli, Mumbai location.
