  • Minimum of 10 years of substantive experience in manufacturing with progressive roles; at least 3 years in a Factory Manager or similar leadership position.
  • Background in consumer packaged goods preferred, especially within the food or beverage sectors.
  • Deep technical knowledge spanning manufacturing operations, warehousing, and distribution processes.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, planning, safety, quality assurance, and human resource functions.
