About the Role

AB Fitness in Dubai is actively searching for certified and seasoned Personal Trainers to become a part of their dynamic team. The successful applicants will demonstrate a solid track record in managing personal training sessions, nurturing robust client relationships, and meeting personal training sales targets. Applications from candidates applying directly from their home countries are welcome, with preference given to those who can join immediately.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional one-on-one and small group training sessions focused on safe, efficient, and outcome-oriented workouts tailored specifically to each individual's fitness objectives.
• Create personalized fitness plans and closely track client progress, making necessary modifications to facilitate noticeable physical transformations and sustained results.
• Actively grow and maintain a client list by promoting personal training services and converting gym attendees into dedicated personal training clients.
• Motivate and mentor clients, ensuring accountability with follow-ups, ongoing progress evaluation, and continual support to enhance client retention and success.
• Uphold professional conduct and maintain a present and approachable presence on the gym floor, while ensuring the training area remains safe, hygienic, and inviting.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience as a personal trainer.
• Experience gained in one's home country is acceptable.
• Certification from internationally recognized bodies such as REPs, NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• Priority consideration will be given to individuals who can start immediately.
