Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and well-organized Remote Personal Assistant to deliver clerical and administrative support to our team efficiently while working from home. The ideal candidate must be detail-focused, proactive, and adept at multitasking in a remote setup. Preferred qualifications include a degree or background in Business, Finance, or related areas.
Primary Duties
- Provide clerical assistance including answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as needed.
- Manage schedules by organizing calendars, arranging meetings and appointments, and coordinating logistical details.
- Handle professional and prompt management of incoming and outgoing emails.
- Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping using tools such as Excel spreadsheets.
- Deliver customer service by responding to inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support administrative functions for various staff members and departments.
- Assist with special projects, conduct research, and perform additional assignments as requested.
- Verify endorsements to ensure that virtual assistants possess pertinent degrees or experience in Business, Finance, or related fields.
Candidate Qualifications
- Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in administrative capacities.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English; must speak fluent English without a Spanish accent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace tools.
- Capable of managing confidential information discreetly.
- Self-driven, detail-focused, and capable of working independently.
