This contract position involves working remotely to assess AI-generated materials with a focus on recruiting and people operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI-produced content based on specific domain quality standards.
• Detect errors related to facts, design, and presentation in documents such as spreadsheets, decks, and reports.
• Deliver comprehensible and organized written feedback aimed at enhancing AI outputs.
• Utilize in-depth subject expertise to accurately score output accuracy and thoroughness.
• Operate independently and asynchronously to fulfill deadlines and improve AI-generated deliverables.

Qualifications

• More than five years of professional experience in recruiting or people operations.
• Proficiency in English at a native or professional level.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, especially presentation software.
• Advanced academic credentials (Master’s degree or higher) are preferred.
