Role Overview

  • Oversee US visa and immigration processes (e.g., H-1B transfers, PERM applications) by coordinating with internal and external legal counsel and stakeholders for compliance and timely completion.
  • Maintain and update People policies, procedural documentation, and HR system configurations to ensure clarity and accessibility for the organization.
  • Support compliance efforts and audits by ensuring data and system configurations meet regulatory standards, leading audit preparation and documentation when needed.
