Key Responsibilities

• Execute accurate and timely payroll processing for multiple states
• Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal payroll laws and regulations
• Manage payroll documentation and address any discrepancies
• Administer payroll deductions, garnishments, and tax submissions
• Provide answers to employees’ payroll-related questions
• Support audit processes and generate reports as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience handling multi-state payroll operations is essential
• Preferably experienced with payroll in larger organizations
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
• In-depth knowledge of payroll compliance and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in payroll software tools and Microsoft Excel
• Capable of managing confidential information with professionalism
