What You Need

  • Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of payroll experience, ideally with multi-provincial payroll exposure, including Quebec.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM for payroll processing, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Dayforce time and attendance tools and system integrations such as Workday.
  • Solid Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
  • Working knowledge of the full payroll cycle, including year-end activities.
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfort working with employees across different levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
  • Professional composure under pressure and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual English/French is an advantage.
