Role Overview
We seek a Payroll Administrator eager to pursue a meaningful career by taking accountability for their tasks and positively impacting clients from various industries and sizes. The position offers flexibility, allowing either full-time or part-time hours based on your needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Accurately process and oversee multiple client payrolls, ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain consistent communication with assigned clients, delivering knowledgeable and friendly assistance
- Assist clients in adopting best payroll practices and proactively address issues before they become serious
- Conduct research on payroll-related inquiries and interpret modern awards
- Resolve queries concerning payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce management
- Setup software configurations, input data, and generate required reports
- Support HR functions to guarantee every payroll is correct, efficient, and compliant
