Role Overview

We are looking for a committed Part-Time Diploma Educator to join our 87-place centre located in North Parramatta. This role involves collaborating with a team to create and deliver stimulating play-based educational experiences that nurture children's learning, development, and health.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing engaging educational activities
• Maintain a secure, welcoming, and inclusive space for children
• Observe and record developmental progress and learning milestones
• Develop strong connections with children, their families, and colleagues
• Work with the team to uphold high standards of education and care
• Comply with the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and applicable legislation
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the centre
• Promote children's well-being and learning through meaningful interactions

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care accredited by ACECQA
• Availability to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
• Valid Working With Children Check
• Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training or certification
• Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities
• Deep commitment to early childhood education
