Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Social Content Creator to build and shape Ordio's video presence, especially for paid advertisements. You will create compelling video creatives tailored for paid channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Your work will involve ideation, production, editing, and data-driven optimization across multiple countries and languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce video creatives focused on paid ads, consistently developing new hooks and formats while collaborating tightly with the performance and growth teams for testing and scaling.
• Innovate video formats beyond basic clips by designing recurring series, interviews, and product stories in line with market trends and best practices.
• Proactively contribute original ideas and improve existing content rather than only responding to briefs.
• Manage end-to-end video production, including planning, sourcing talent, freelancers, locations, equipment, directing, editing, and publishing.
• Work both in front of and behind the camera by engaging internal voices, customers, and partners, as well as presenting yourself when needed.
• Handle full production ownership from raw footage through editing to multi-format distribution across platforms.
• Produce content suitable for international markets with adaptation for various languages and audiences.

Candidate Qualifications

• Several years of video production experience at a brand, studio, or as a creator, backed by a diverse and dynamic portfolio showcasing your taste and speed.
• Proven experience creating video content specifically for paid ads and performance marketing, understanding audience hooks, variations, and A/B testing.
• Keen instinct for formats, studying channels and understanding what makes content successful with numerous format ideas ready for any topic.
• Hands-on approach to shooting and editing with full responsibility for the final output, not just segments of the process.
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating talent, freelancers, locations, and equipment while maintaining oversight of shoots.
• Comfortable on camera or willing to develop on-camera presence.
• Ability to think cross-border and create videos that serve multiple international markets and target groups.
• Proficiency in German (very good) and English (good).
• Experience working with AI-supported tools for content creation is a plus.
