Role Overview

The Owner position is a full-time role based in Bhopal, responsible for directing all facets of business operations. This includes strategic planning, overseeing curriculum development, ensuring the quality of training programs, managing staff and instructors, and supervising course execution and learner success. The Owner will spearhead business expansion activities, cultivate partnerships with industry and academic entities, and represent the academy in the community and at events. Additional duties involve budget management, setting recruitment goals, and enhancing program offerings in line with industry trends and student feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven track record in education management or running training centers.
• Sound knowledge of data science and analytics fields, especially Python, SQL, and data visualization.
• Leadership capabilities encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, budgeting, and decision making.
• Experience fostering partnerships with industry, academia, and community groups.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills for collaboration with learners, staff, and partners.
• Experience with marketing, especially digital outreach and enrollment growth, is advantageous.
• Educational background or professional experience in technology, data, or education is preferred.
• Dedication to maintaining an inclusive, supportive environment that assists diverse learners in their career paths.
