Outbound Telecaller

Job Overview

We seek motivated and results-driven Telecallers to become part of our team. The primary role involves making outbound calls to inform potential clients about our products and services, generating new leads, and nurturing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls targeting prospective customers.
• Provide clear explanations about products and services, addressing any client inquiries.
• Create new leads and arrange appointments for further discussions.
• Perform follow-ups with interested clients to encourage engagement.
• Maintain detailed and accurate call logs using CRM software.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly call and lead generation goals.
• Develop and sustain positive rapport with customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification is completion of 10+2 or any graduate degree.
• Proficiency in English and local language communication is essential.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• A positive mindset and strong determination to fulfill targets.
