Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with patients and their families
• Providing lifestyle-based lens advice that enhances patients' visual experiences
• Delivering excellent customer service from the initial inquiry through to eyewear collection
• Collaborating effectively with Optometrists and fellow staff to secure optimal patient outcomes
• Ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the practice
• Fostering a professional, friendly, and positive workplace atmosphere

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an optical dispenser
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confidence in recommending suitable optical products and customized solutions
• Strong dedication to patient care and customer service
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
• Positive attitude with a team-centric approach

Additional Information

• Possession of a Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing will be highly valued
• Experience using Optomate software is advantageous but not mandatory
