Role Overview

We are seeking an Operations Generalist to join our Chennai team, playing a crucial role in supporting various operational teams such as Titles, Transportation, Arbitration, Payments, Resolution, and Processing. This position provides a unique chance to gain comprehensive insight into multiple facets of our operations and contribute to continuous process improvements, while positioning yourself for future leadership prospects within our expanding firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire proficiency and perform diverse operational functions across teams including Titles, Transportation, Arbitration, Payments, Resolution, and Processing.
• Identify opportunities, recommend, and implement crucial process enhancements.
• Serve as acting lead and escalation contact during management absences or unavailability.
• Execute various operational duties to support team workflows and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate closely with all Operations units to enable effective problem-solving and seamless interdepartmental interactions.
• Align all activities and improvements with our commitment to exceptional customer experiences in buying and selling vehicles.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and provide actionable insights for performance optimization.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Solution-focused mindset with persistence when facing challenges, maintaining positive relationships.
• Strong organizational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly proactive and self-directed, capable of managing high workloads in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Work Schedule and Location

This fully remote position is based in Chennai, India, with working hours from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM IST.
