Role Overview

The Operations Executive will spearhead the Udaan Project's efforts, targeting women empowerment at the grassroots by managing program execution, community engagement, and coordination of training and support activities for aspiring independent riders.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily training operations from participant registration to program completion, managing both administrative and logistical tasks.
Convert all prospective leads into trained candidates, ensuring thorough counseling and guidance throughout the enrollment process.
Coordinate with trainers and participants to schedule and facilitate timely training sessions and distribution of necessary materials.
Assist in trainer recruitment, manage their documentation, and monitor associated payments and operational expenses.
Conduct field surveys to assess challenges faced by female gig workers and their communities.
Establish and maintain productive relationships with clients and program participants, offering continuous on-ground support.
Maintain detailed records of participant progress, payments, and activities; prepare comprehensive reports to support organizational objectives.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to address participant issues and ensure smooth program delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 3 years of operational experience, preferably in fleet management or gig platforms.
Excellent coordination and communication abilities, with proficiency in local languages; knowledge of Hindi and English is advantageous.
Basic computer proficiency including MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting purposes.
Possession of a personal vehicle and readiness to travel within project regions.
Strong problem-solving skills and operational rigor.

Additional Details

Candidates must complete a mandatory eligibility form for consideration. This position requires onsite presence in Delhi-NCR, India.
