About the opportunity

This opportunity is with a long-established not-for-profit organisation that provides safe and affordable housing for people throughout Auckland. The work is community-driven and directly supports individuals and whānau across the region.

The position is a varied, practical role where you will support teams with systems, reporting, process improvement, and everyday operations. You will help make sure internal tools and workflows are used effectively, so people across the organisation can work smoothly and with confidence.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day help to teams using CRM platforms, reporting tools, and operational systems.
  • Investigate issues, work out underlying causes, and liaise with external suppliers when specialist support is needed.
  • Maintain reporting processes, support data integrity, and assist with Power BI reporting activities.
  • Look for ways to streamline workflows, improve processes, and strengthen system usage across the business.
  • Keep records, documentation, and compliance-related processes accurate and up to date.
  • Contribute to operational initiatives and system enhancement projects.
  • Develop trusted working relationships across the organisation and act as a reliable internal support contact.
