Role Overview

We seek a culinary-focused Operational Lead who possesses both strong strategic planning capabilities and financial expertise to support employee-owned food and beverage companies within the Teamshares network. In this role, you will directly engage with these companies to drive turnarounds, transformations, and growth initiatives. Responsibilities include enhancing menus, kitchen procedures, food cost management, and boosting overall profitability. The position also requires onboarding new portfolio companies and serving as interim President when necessary.

Note: Expect to travel extensively, approximately 70-75% or more.
