- Cross-check source documents like purchase orders and bills of lading against system data to verify accuracy and ensure compliance.
- Analyze and resolve any billing discrepancies, including identifying and amending coding mistakes.
- Maintain comprehensive and well-organized digital records of all billing transactions.
- Oversee invoicing procedures, facilitate payment processing, and manage accounts receivable efficiently.
