About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist at our modern Revesby clinic, ideal for new graduates or early career professionals passionate about enhancing lives. This full-time, onsite position combines clinic-based sessions with community visits, providing a broad and impactful caseload primarily supporting NDIS participants and local clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough functional assessments to understand client needs.
  • Design and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy programs.
  • Provide engaging therapeutic interventions both in clinic and within the community.
  • Offer education and coaching to clients, families, and support networks.
  • Collaborate closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to optimize care.
  • Manage a diverse caseload that spans all age groups.
  • Engage in ongoing mentoring, clinical supervision, and professional growth activities.
  • Contribute actively to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check completed or willingness to obtain.
  • Working with Children Check completed or willingness to obtain.
