About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist at our modern Revesby clinic, ideal for new graduates or early career professionals passionate about enhancing lives. This full-time, onsite position combines clinic-based sessions with community visits, providing a broad and impactful caseload primarily supporting NDIS participants and local clients. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough functional assessments to understand client needs.
- Design and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy programs.
- Provide engaging therapeutic interventions both in clinic and within the community.
- Offer education and coaching to clients, families, and support networks.
- Collaborate closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to optimize care.
- Manage a diverse caseload that spans all age groups.
- Engage in ongoing mentoring, clinical supervision, and professional growth activities.
- Contribute actively to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check completed or willingness to obtain.
- Working with Children Check completed or willingness to obtain.
