Role Overview
The Spencer Hotel, part of the MHL Hotel Collection, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Night Auditor to join its Front Office team. This position is crucial for ensuring smooth nighttime operations and excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide assistance with their needs in a friendly manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries and help arrange transportation, dining, sightseeing, cultural events, childcare, and shopping services.
- Inspect all shared spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Manage the night audit process with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Carry out front office duties including receptionist and concierge functions.
- Support check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Complete and balance nightly financial reports.
