About the Company and Locations

Available Positions and Responsibilities
We have openings for the following key roles with distinct responsibilities:
Factory Manager
- Oversee all factory operations including production scheduling and planning.
- Uphold high standards of productivity, quality control, safety, and cost management.
- Lead and motivate production teams to enhance plant output and efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance, and dispatch units for seamless operations.
Factory Supervisor
- Manage and monitor daily production processes.
- Supervise effective use of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Ensure achievement of production objectives and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain strict adherence to workplace safety and operational protocols.
Account Assistant
- Perform daily accounting tasks including maintaining documentation and records.
- Handle purchase, sales, and expense bookkeeping.
- Assist in GST compliance, invoicing, and financial reconciliations.
- Provide support to finance and administrative departments as needed.
Chemist / Lab Executive
- Execute quality control tests on raw inputs and finished goods.
- Monitor product uniformity and confirm compliance with specifications.
- Keep detailed laboratory documentation and test results up to date.
- Contribute to product development activities and process enhancements.
