Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated 3.5-ton delivery driver based in Naas, County Kildare. In this role, you will manage your assigned multi-drop routes to deliver fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts to stores and grocery partners, ensuring quality and timely arrival.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for your daily delivery route.
• Safely, efficiently, and punctually deliver products.
• Maintain store cabinets stocked, clean, properly merchandised, and ready for promotions.
• Accurately document waste and assist with demand planning.
• Ensure vehicle upkeep and compliance standards are met.
• Collaborate with the Transport Supervisor to support operational goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full standard B driving licence suitable for a 3.5-ton vehicle.
• Minimum age of 23 years with at least 2 years driving experience due to insurance regulations.
• Possess no more than 6 penalty points, limited to minor infractions.
• Preferably have prior experience in commercial multi-drop deliveries.
• Good understanding of road safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Strong skills in time management and organization.
• Demonstrate a positive, dependable work ethic.
• Be a team-oriented person supporting an inclusive workplace culture.

Working Hours & Conditions

• Start time between 4:00am and 4:30am.
• Workweek of 45 hours, five days across seven days (including some weekends).
• Daily shift length of 9 hours.
• Handle 18 to 22 delivery drops per day.
• Competitive salary of €38,245 per year, paid monthly.
