Role Overview

The Mobility Specialist will join Remote's Mobility team, which is committed to facilitating smooth cross-border transitions for employees through immigration and relocation support while ensuring adherence to local laws. Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and submit visa and work permit applications independently.
  • Continuously monitor changes in immigration law and update internal documentation to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Address escalations promptly, determining when to involve senior review and guiding stakeholders to timely resolutions.
  • Advise on business travel and sponsorship cases, providing guidance on immigration procedures.
  • Manage case statuses efficiently using case management and billing software.

Candidate Profile
