Role overview

As a Merchandise Team Member, you will help keep the store looking sharp and running smoothly through day-to-day merchandising work. The role is focused on maintaining stock availability, supporting in-store presentation and helping deliver a strong experience for both in-store and online customers.

Key duties

• Keep products replenished and maintain merchandising displays and point-of-sale placement throughout the store as needed.
• Support high standards in brand presentation through effective merchandising, in-store marketing and overall store appearance.
• Work closely with team members to create a positive customer experience across both physical and online channels.
• Help resolve customer questions and complaints when required.
• Provide customer service support, including counter duties when needed.
